  Rick got us the tickets we needed for leading a mission team to Haiti. Though the communication was sparse, all the tickets came through! Unfortunately, we were put out $500 from baggage fees. Rick confirmed via email and phone call that his company would cover baggage fees and that this was included in what we already paid him, but then we were charged at the airport both ways.
  
  We expected that he would reimburse us, since he confirmed multiple times and in writing that baggage fees were included in the amount we already paid to him, but after the fact claimed that airline policies change. He did not show us any policy changes (there were not any), and would not reimburse us. We had to pull from our mission trip fund (money that was promised to go into Haiti) to cover this.
  
  We will not be using Crossroads International Missions Travel again, and would not recommend them. I only write this review to caution others to be aware, as this was a very painful experience for us as leaders.
